Gaze reflective road studs (model no. SSI-222) provide drivers brilliant all-weather and night time road guidance. FEATURES : * Durable and impact resistant. * Larger reflective area particularly suitable for Indian road conditions. * Increased height produces rumble effect. * Longer life and superior reflectivity. * Compatible with standard bitumen and epoxy adhesives. * Abrasion resistant. The SSI 222 marker bodies are produced of an engineered thermoplastic that gives maximum impact resistance and weather-ability. The inner-ribbed contour of the marker is shaped to dissipate battering effects of repeated tire impact, increase strength and reduce damage. The marker’s high-performance lens yields high intensity retro reflected light when illumincated by vehicle headlights. The retro reflective lens that provides wet and dry reflectance and long-term night time visibility is available in white, yello/amber, red, blue or green. Tough construction gives longer lasting performance. Weather resistant polymer blend housing is filled with an inert potting compund that adds strength from the inside out. This increased durability provides greater resistance to damage by traffic and to breakage due to spot loading from uneven road surfaces. The bottom of these markers are configured to produce on excellent structural bond with the pavement.
